The Kundalini Stavaha is a sacred hymn, chanted in Sanskrit, about the power and grace of kundalini, the universal spiritual energy that resides within all of us. My absolutely favorite phrase of the Kundalini Stavaha (translated into English) is: "Make this body eternal with a small portion of Your millions of pure moonbeams." Those millions of pure moonbeams get me every time! Maybe it's the way the French siddha yogi translates it on my CD, but I always get chills at that part. I love it.
