Last night we kicked off our pre-anniversary celebration with a homemade dinner, followed by the anniversary cake provided by our bakery. Both were delicious. Alex prepared an excellent vegetarian apple curry baked bean dish. Sounds weird, but it was really quite tasty.
Then tonight we dined at Spiritland Bistro (the Carribean sweet potato balls were heavenly!), dressed in our wedding attire. We forgot to have the waitress take a photo of us, but we snapped this picture when we returned home:
