art card of the day

This art card is a manifestation of my Shrinky Dink phase of about a year ago. I cut out a small piece from a sheet of Shrinky Dink plastic material, traced the circular pattern on it in pencil, colored in the segments using colored pencil, then baked it for about 1 minute in a toaster oven. (It shrinks down to about 1/4 of its original size.) I then mounted it on an art card covered in a gauzy tissue paper.
