contingency

We have a new home in Durango! Or at least we will have as soon as Mom's condo sells. The purchase of this beautiful 4-bedroom, 2500+ sq. ft. house is contingent on the sale of her house here in Carmel, which has been on the market for 1 week. (See it on MLS.) Here's a peek at what awaits us in Colorado!

My parents had a home in North Carolina for a while; I visited during C-mas break twice. The snow & trees remind me of their yard. It's a beautiful look. And one learns to drive in snow.

I am most interested in hearing how things happen in this potential adventure.

What a cute place! I hope your mom's condo sells soon! I got your post card but do not have any contact info for you. I've been checking the blog so glad to see you updated. Where are you living now? My baby boy is due in a few weeks!
