finished portrait
A couple of weeks ago I shared my experience as a first-time model for a painting class. (blog post here) I was so flattered by one particular artist's rendering of me that I bought it from him (for a mere $75). After varnishing it and letting it dry for a while, he finally delivered it to me yesterday. My amateur photos don't do it justice, but here it is:

This may seem trite, but it's what comes to my mind first:
With such a variety of background colors, it ought to be easy to match to wall/ room colors.
