Hooray for Alex's new job, assisting the owner of a local solar installation company, Solar Today & Tomorrow! Physically demanding as heck, but exactly the experience he needs to eventually start his own company and take the industry-wide certification exam, the NABCEP (National American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners).

It's not like you're going to ambush him at a job site, but it'd be fun to see a photo of him, someday, with his toolbelt on, hoisting a panel up a ladder, or leaving over architectural design papers with pencil in hand, or doing whatever it is he does.
