It's been a lifelong tendency of mine to favor the mind over the body and spirit. It's not intentional, it's just a bad habit, I think. I can spend hours mentally poring over something on the computer, for example, and completely neglect myself physically or spiritually. But I know that it is balance which will ultimately sustain me.
How can I better nurture myself physically and spiritually? Simple things to do (but easy to neglect): walk, eat right, connect with loved ones,
meditate, chant...
What nourishes you?
