ready to show

It feels so nice to be back in our bedroom...after sleeping in the living room for a week! It's all shiny and showroom-new, with its fresh coat of paint, new curtains, coordinating pillows for the bed, pretty pictures on the wall and, generally, a whole new attitude. The impetus, of course, is to prepare it for staging when we put the house on the market later this year. (Quite a production, really, considering the current state of our 1969 mobile home.) It's the first room that's totally ready to show. One down, six to go...

Wood paneling tends to have a very strong mid-century look, while white paneling is less specific in style. Good upgrade for house showing.
