curry

I'm on a roll. I made my first Indian vegetable curry in our crock pot yesterday and the results were quite favorable. It tasted great, but just as wonderful was how the house smelled all day while it was cooking.

To prepare, place the following ingredients in your crock pot on low in the morning:

3 potatoes, chopped (I used 5 small ones)
1 cauliflower, chopped (I skimped a bit here, but shouldn't have)
1 1/2 cups green peas (I used frozen ones)
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
3/4 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp curry (or more)
1 cup water
