ready and waiting

We tried craigslist for a bit but got no bites. So we've hired a real estate agent...finally! Since listing with Assist2Sell, we've held two open houses, both of which were very successful, in that we attracted some interested parties. No offers yet, though. So we'll continue our routine of keeping he house tidy during the week and having it sparkling for each Sunday open house. While the waiting may be difficult, at least I am living in a neat, clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Oh how that makes me HAPPY!
