Animas
Yesterday Mom and I returned to the cafe at the DoubleTree that overlooks Durango's Animas River. In addition to yummy food, the restaurant affords a front row view of rafters floating downstream. We made a point of waving to every raft, seeing if we could get each of the passengers to wave back. I'd say we had about 90% success.
