art card of the day

About a year ago I invited my mother and my brother to join me in making art. During one of our sessions, my mother chose to paint with watercolors. She wasn't pleased with what she'd made, but I thought it lent itself to a collaborative venture. I proceeded by cutting down her creation into art card sized pieces, which I then "altered" by adding bits of paper. Below are the two joint efforts that remain in my collection:

Both are 3.5" x 2.5"

These pieces have a VERY DIFFERENT feel from your other works; I wouldn't have pegged them as yours. More basic, more sparse, more primary.

Collaboration makes a big difference (vs. working solo).
