Seeing this one a 3rd time, it reminds me of the 1990s fashion.
The blue is a suit, the black triangle is the person's flat-top hair, face, neck & black tee shirt. It's probably MC Hammer or something like that. The brightly colored background matches the fashion of patches of brightly colored fabric so in at the time.
