I am very proud to share my brother's art on my blog. The following reproductions of some of Chris' pen & ink drawings have been made into note cards by him, and are now for sale at the Durango Arts Center. Go Chris!!

I especially like the first one.
As I've seen on BBC period pieces & historical dramas, drawing (esp. nature) used to be a standard part of a good education, in part as a way of identifying plants.
Myself, my drawings never advanced beyond stick figures or landscapes with a sun in the upper left corner with a smile on its face.
