DAC

Every Tuesday morning you'll find me volunteering in the information booth at the Durango Arts Center. My tasks? I answer the phone, greet visitors, answer questions about DAC, sell tickets to shows and events, stuff envelopes, and generally do whatever "projects" the staff hands me. I like it. It keeps me busy and involved with the arts. Plus, the people are super nice and they really appreciate my efforts.




Mary is the Gallery Director and manager of the gift store (where I have some prints, below). I've been working with her on Abstract Views, the show I'm co-curating in January.




Jeannie is the Volunteer Coordinator (among other duties). She's a hoot to work with, and things never get boring with her around.
