I suppose it's good art if it invokes an emotional response like that...
I was telling my friend recently how you really like non-representational art, and how that's not my thing, but it's funny how sometimes people look for 100% match in style & taste in personal's ads, even though in real life differences on things like preferred art style simply enrich the relationship.
Of course, it helps that we aren't negotiating what type of art to put on the walls. (I only did that once, and I can't say I enjoyed the results much.)
