modeling II

This past week I modeled for the second time for the painting class at DAC. (The first time I modeled I was so pleased with one of the painter's portraits of me, I bought it!)

Ordinarily, I would be paid $12 an hour, but I arranged to receive credit toward art classes at DAC instead. So far, I've earned $72 worth of credit. Not a bad way to pay for some otherwise costly classes.

By the way, the painters claimed that I am such a good model (because I can sit still so well -- NOT because I am some stunning beauty, no doubt!) that I received a $6 tip! Woo Hoo!

While Peter's portrait was perhaps more flattering, Vicki's painting was convincing as well, except that I don't think my neck is as long as the one she gave me:
