I LOVE IT! Thanks for posting that.
It's funny how relative goals are. I bet there are tons of junkies who'd say "I'd love to be just-barely-morbidly-obese if I could not only get off the needle, but be clean as a whistle for over 20 years, without it even being a struggle" and while I'm not ungrateful for that, I see your number and think, "I'd love to be at that weight!"
I do so love counting. Whenever I do things like that, I almost always tally up how many times a week I did each behavior, and then generate a monthly average.
Thinking like that, when I look at your chart I also see the potential for noticing "Fridays are always off days" or some such thing.
I know normal people don't perk up on stuff like this... but then, that's what makes me a great paper-person (vs. a people-person or manager).
